It’s my favorite time of the month. Stitch Fix time! Got anther great note from stylist Amy who mentioned that she has checked out my posts, which made me so happy! And it paid off too–I loved (almost) everything in this fix, and ended up keeping the whole shebang–that 25% discount is tough to pass off when you love everything as much as I did this month.
I apologize for the crappy lighting in these–it doesn’t do the amazing colors justice, especially on the fab red coat, but since I’m keeping everything, I’ll swap if I remember to take some later.
In her note, Amy mentioned she wanted to give me some transition pieces for fall, which is PERFECT as it is just what I’m looking for right now. Also, we had a rainy day here in Boulder, so it was a great time to start thinking about fall. But on to the clothes!
CAROL 3/4 SLEEVE SWING COAT, $58
How great is this coat? I wish you could see the color better here–it pops like no other and I almost can’t wait for the cooler air to wear it!
As if the coat itself weren’t enough, I’m a total sucker for nice and fun lining, and python print is always one of my faves!
DAMIEN KEY-HOLE PRINTED PEASANT BLOUSE, $68
What a fun print! I have a special love for peacocks, and this print was to die for. The colors are a beautiful orange and blue that will go great from summer to fall, and the cut here I found really flattering despite being a more peasant-style blouse. Amy suggested belting it if I thought it was too loose, but I love it just the way it is. Wearing tomorrow!
EVANSTON BEADED DETAIL DRESS, $48
This was the only one in the set that I wasn’t head-over-heels in love with. Love the color, of course. But the sleeves hit a little weird. But since I’m getting everything else, I basically got this for free and then some! I think a cardigan will help rock it!
ROSSI POLKA DOT PRINT NECK-TIE BLOUSE, $48 
What is not to love here? The sleeves hit me perfect, the side cuts are soo flattering. And polka dots!! I’ve been after a white with black dots shirt for awhile, and SO pleased that Amy found such a perfect one! I should be able to wear this to client meetings as well as just around the office, so it’ll be a versatile staple.
THEA PONTE SKATER SKIRT, $78
Argh, bummed you can’t really see how great this skirt is. But the fabric is very thick and high-quality, making it a good summer to fall piece and it has some design details that are super cute, and the flair is my favorite!
Anyway, super excited that I love everything and that the stylists really read the feedback and put it to work in their next picks. It’s such a nice surprise to have a curated collection of awesome stuff and not have to wade through the racks!
